Self-regulating heating cable has been listed in National Key Technological Achievements Extension Plans. Banyu is the major drafter of Nation Standard of Self-regulating heating cables.
Matrix of self-regulating heating cable has adopted foreign advanced technology and combined with our own research findings. Heating cables convert electric power into heat and can automatically adjust the power, keep temperature stable. Matrix is a conductive polymer core whose electric resistance varies with temperature. When process temperature drops, the core's output heat increases. Conversely, as process temperature rises, heat output decreases. Compared with parallel heating cables, self-regulating heating cables can eliminate hot spots and burnouts along the pipe and can be crossed over itself. Special specification can be customized.
